Which skills do we look for in our production operatives?

Sometimes, our production line jobs do not require previous experience. If this is the case, it will be stated clearly in the job description. For example, the job description may say: 
  • No experience required 
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking 
  • Must have astute problem solving skills to solve production issues 
  • Immense attention to detail – able to work cautiously but efficiently on the production line
