How do Coople payments work?

When you work with Coople, you can enjoy weekly payments with holiday pay included. Learn what’s on your Coople payslip, how to make sure you get paid on time and more below.

What do Coople payments include?

  • Your payments will always include holiday pay on top of your base wage.
  • We also automatically deduct your income tax and National Insurance contributions. These contributions are required by UK employment law and will ensure you’re always working legally when you work with Coople.
  • As your legal employer, we also help you save for your retirement. That’s why we provide our Cooplers with a workplace pension scheme that is run by NEST. Read on for more information about our pension criteria.

You can also see an overview of all your important payment information on your payslip, which we send every Wednesday. You can find all your payslips in your profile, via the Coople Jobs App.
