  • Once you assign shifts to more than 10 internal workers in a month, we’ll get in touch to help you upgrade your plan to match your needs.
  • Your internal workers remain on your payroll – Coople doesn’t charge any additional fees for them.
  • Fill any empty shifts with Cooplers. Their salary, national insurance and other applicable costs – including an hourly fee – will be charged separately.

You can get started by simply registering through our online registration form – no complicated setup required.

You can onboard an unlimited number of workers at no extra cost. 

Internal workers are your own team members that you invite to the platform. External workers are vetted workers from Coople’s platform, available on-demand, employed by Coople.

Not at all. You can use the platform just to manage your own team – hiring externally is optional.

Monthly subscription: You can cancel anytime to stop your subscription from renewing next month. Just send us an email at wfp.cancellations@coople.com. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing month. No need to cancel if you're on the Free plan – it’s completely free. Annual subscription: You can cancel your yearly plan by giving 3 months’ notice before the end of your subscription period. Just email us at wfp.cancellations@coople.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current annual term.

Yes – your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it in time. To stop renewal, just send us a short email at wfp.cancellations@coople.com within the required notice period.
