3. Transition to permanent
After your best performers complete 540 hours of work with you, you’ll be able to hire them at no additional cost. We’ll let you know when you’re close to meeting your trial hours. If you cannot wait this long, you can hire workers directly for a fee. Our team will be happy to provide more information about this.
