Best recruiter for temporary work 2022
Coople has received the award “Best Recruiter for Temporary Work” for the 6th time running. In an annual survey conducted by Handelszeitung, Le Temps, and Statista, Coople was awarded the maximum number of points by the HR managers, external recruitment agencies and personnel service providers who took part.
EY Entrepreneur of the Year award (2014)
Viktor Calabrò, founder of Coople, won the Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in the category “Emerging Entrepreneur”. The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is the world’s largest and most prestigious award for entrepreneurs around the globe.
Coople is a member of swissstaffing and falls under the authority of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) “Staff Leasing”. This ensures that temporary workers who work via the Coople platform get paid at least the minimum wage, are protected in case of accident or illness, and build up a pension fund as contributions to the occupational pension fund can be made from day one. In addition, Coople has the swissstaffing SQS quality label, which stands for ethical working and for high professional standards in the industry.
Top 100 Scale-Ups
Coople was included in the list of the 100 most promising scale-ups in the European technology environment (including the UK and Israel) by VivaTech in March 2022. To be part of this list, there are several criteria to be met. Among others, growth, speed and growth potential as well as raised capital are taken into account, but also the growth of the number of employees, geographical distribution and the ability to have a positive impact on society.
