We believe temporary work can be done differently.

At Coople, we’re focused on the long-term success of all of our clients. When temporary work is done right, businesses benefit from much more than reduced costs and covered absences; they get ambitious, motivated workers with the skills and drive to make a positive contribution to their company, no matter how long the working relationship lasts. We want to make sure that every job match between a business and a worker isn’t based on availability and experience alone.

We strive to ensure that there are no barriers to opportunities for our workers. By getting to know the goals of everyone who downloads the Coople Jobs App, we’re able to offer much more than jobs which they can fit into their schedules. Awards and memberships

Best recruiter for temporary work 2023

Coople has received the award “Best Recruiter for Temporary Work” for the 7th time running. The annual survey to find the best staffing agencies in Switzerland is conducted by the Handelszeitung and the statistics company Statista. Coople received the highest rating in the category “Best Recruiter for Temporary Work”.

ISO 27001 certification

Coople received ISO 27001 certification in 2023. This international standard provides guidance to organisations of all sizes and industries, helping them establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve their information security management systems. The certification according to ISO/IEC 27001 underscores the successful implementation of an effective risk management system in the field of information security.

SIA's Staffing 100 Europe List

Viktor Calabrò was included for the 10th time in the SIA Staffing 100 Europe List 2023. The annual list recognizes influential European staffing leaders bravely elevating and furthering the workforce solutions ecosystem, even during one of the most difficult periods in recent world history. The list shines a spotlight on those professionals making the world of work better.

QAS Quality and Safety

Coople is a member of QAS, the industry solution for occupational health and safety, which is specifically designed for the field of staff leasing. This membership enables us to improve the safety of all permanent and temporary employees.

swissstaffing

Coople is a member of swissstaffing and falls under the authority of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) “Staff Leasing”. This ensures that temporary workers who work via the Coople platform get paid at least the minimum wage, are protected in case of accident or illness, and build up a pension fund as contributions to the occupational pension fund can be made from day one. In addition, Coople has the swissstaffing SQS quality label, which stands for ethical working and for high professional standards in the industry.

Top 100 Scale-Ups

Coople was included in the list of the 100 most promising scale-ups in the European technology environment (including the UK and Israel) by VivaTech in March 2022. To be part of this list, there are several criteria to be met. Among others, growth, speed and growth potential as well as raised capital are considered, but also the growth of the number of employees, geographical distribution and the ability to have a positive impact on society.

LinkedIn Talent Awards

Coople won the LinkedIn Talent Award 2021 in Switzerland in the category ‘Search and Staffing’ and above 150 employees. The LinkedIn Talent Awards highlight companies across the globe that have excelled at engaging with talent, creating inclusive workplaces, building strong employer brands, encouraging learning and development, and focusing on employee retention.

Top 100 Swiss Startup Awards

Coople received the Top 100 Swiss Startup Award in 2012 and the two following years. The TOP 100 Startups are role models that inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs.
