Internal workers are your own team members that you invite to the platform. External workers are vetted workers from Coople’s platform, available on-demand, employed by Coople.
Not at all. You can use the platform just to manage your own team – hiring externally is optional.
Monthly subscription: You can cancel anytime to stop your subscription from renewing next month. Just send us an email at info.ch@coople.com. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing month. No need to cancel if you're on the Free plan – it’s completely free.
Annual subscription: You can cancel your yearly plan by giving 3 months’ notice before the end of your subscription period. Just email us at info.ch@coople.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current annual term.
Yes – your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it in time. To stop renewal, just send us a short email at info.ch@coople.com within the required notice period.
