If you have any questions or need help, you can reach our team directly via the chat function in the Coople Jobs app (Account → Help → Messages). We’ll respond to your questions promptly.

We recommend sending us an email at info.ch@coople.com – this is the fastest way for us to process your request. Are you currently at a Coople shift and have an urgent question? Please use the chat function in the Coople Jobs app.
On-site appointments (by prior arrangement only)
Please arrange an appointment with us before your visit. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome you in person without prior notice.
Help for workers
As a Coopler, you can reach us directly via the Coople Jobs App by going to your profile, opening the menu at the top right and then clicking on visit help center.
If you want to work with Coople, you need to download our app and complete your profile.
In the Coople Jobs App, you will automatically be guided through the first registration steps. Here you will find all the important information about how to register with Coople.
You’ll get a notification when a company hires you or declines your application.
Find out more about which identity documents you need to upload, and which permits are accepted by Coople.
In order to be able to apply for jobs and work with Coople, you need to enter an OASI number in your profile.
Cooplers in Switzerland receive their salary monthly, on the 5th working day of the month.
In addition to your payslip, Coople also sends you a certificate of interim earnings.
Help for companies
You can send us an email at info.ch@coople.com with your request. We will usually get back to you within one working day.
Create your free business account, post job openings for free, view candidates within a very short time and choose, hire and manage verified workers – for a shift or months at a time.
Should you wish to terminate a Coopler’s assignment, there are some rules and regulations you need to be aware of.
