What happens after you’ve applied?
So you’ve decided to apply for a job at Coople? Awesome! Next, someone from the Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If they see a potential match, they will get in touch with you for a first exploratory phone call about your motivation and expectations.
After that, if both parties are still interested in working together, we’ll get to know each other during an in-person interview where we’ll see if you share our values and bring the skills we are looking for.
