How to estimate your staffing costs
You can easily calculate the cost estimate for a new job before you commit.
Step by step:
- Log into your account and click ‘Create Job’ on the top right.
- Select the job profile and the level of experience you need.
- Set the hourly wage. We automatically alert you if it is below minimum wage.
- You will get an estimate for the cost per hour, as well as an estimate for the total project cost if you also specified the shifts you are hiring for.
Your estimate includes wages, social security payments and our fee. It is not binding: You only post the job if you agree with it. The final invoice might vary slightly, for example depending on the age of the person you hire. Most importantly, final wages will always comply with the law.

Social security for your temporary workers
Coople is a member of swissstaffing and falls under the authority of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) “Staff Leasing”. This ensures that temporary workers who work via the Coople platform get paid at least the minimum wage, are protected in case of accident or illness, and build up a pension fund as contributions to the occupational pension fund can be made from day one. Another advantage is that our temporary workers benefit from subsidised professional training.
