Meet the teams



Our finance department is the core of Coople: we take care of all financial aspects such as financial management and payroll. Furthermore, we work closely with internal departments but also with external companies to make relevant decisions based on (financial) data.


As the operations team, we are responsible for both customer support and delivery. We are the first point of contact for any questions and concerns of our employees and our Cooplers. For example, we help our users find their way around the app or the platform and find the best jobs or workers. Furthermore, we work closely with the other departments to incorporate feedback from our users to improve our product.


The HR team takes care of all topics related to our employees – talent acquisition, learning & development, retention, but also occupational health and safety as well as a winning and inclusive workplace culture. We want everyone to feel part of the Coople family and to be able to grow with us. Because everybody can only give their best, if they feel comfortable.


The Coople Marketplace is where our Cooplers and clients meet. We are focused on giving them the tools they need to independently use Coople, maximise the value they see from our platform and achieve their desired goals.


On the product team we love to learn from our users and build technological solutions which address our user’s needs. Our process is quite simple: We Learn, we Design, we Code, we Test, we Iterate. We are also constantly innovating by using new technologies and development approaches which are more reliable, more scalable, and increase the speed with which we can ship solutions to our users.

Sales & Account Management

As the sales team, we take on all tasks related to the acquisition of new customers: We arrange customer appointments, look for the best solutions for them, take care of closing contracts and then hand over the support to the account management. Account management is then in close contact with the customers to advise them, answer their questions and recommend the right products.


Our task as a marketing team is to give Coople a face and a voice. To achieve this, we design marketing campaigns to raise awareness and take care of public relations to tell exciting stories about Coople. In addition, we work closely with all departments to actively support them in their projects.


Our tasks as Legal Team are manifold. We take care of legal matters across departments, from Sales and Operations to Product Development. Furthermore, we help Coople to address risks and to meet the fundamental and strategic challenges of a digital and growing international business.
