See exactly why a worker is a good fit
Every applicant on your shift comes with a Matching Score, based on how closely their real work history and language skills line up with what the role needs. No mystery number — a score you can actually explain.

Built on real work history, not guesswork
Coople has mapped over 30,000 job titles and their relationships, so candidates don’t need to use your exact wording. For example, “Barista” experience can match a “Café Assistant” role, with the score also considering experience in similar roles.

Language skills count too
When you choose a language requirement, Coople factors the worker's proficiency, from basic to native, into their score alongside their experience. If no language is selected, it doesn't affect the score.

See it wherever you choose your team
Matching Score appears directly in your applicant list, so you can compare candidates without opening each profile. It also helps surface relevant shifts to workers, making it more likely that the right people see and apply.
“I think the Matching Score is great. It’s perfect for us because it helps us find people who match our requirements and build the right team.
