How you can win

Take on flexible shifts this winter via the Coople Jobs app to increase your chances of winning the prize money. 


Simply follow these steps to enter the Coople Winter Bonus:

  • You are registered as an employee with Coople. 
  • You complete the entry form by 16 January 2026 at 23:59 at the latest. 
  • You work at least 5 shifts between 10 November 2025 and 16 January 2026. 
  • You show up reliably for all assignments. 
  • No unexcused absences (“no shows”). 
  • No short-notice cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of a shift (exceptions with documented justification). 
  • No lateness at the work location. 
  • Your average rating is at least 3 stars. 
  • Your worker profile is active on 19 January 2026.

Draw and odds

After the first 5 shifts, your name is entered once into the draw. For every additional 5 shifts, you get one extra entry. The more shifts you complete, the higher your chances of winning.

    “How do I get my first Coople shift?” and make sure your profile is up to date. 

  • Enable push notifications for the Coople Jobs app
    This way, you won't miss any new job offers and can apply quickly. 

  • Apply proactively as well
    Search the jobs marketplace for suitable assignments and apply directly. 

  • Stay active in the app
    Log in to the app regularly. After 28 days of inactivity, the matching algorithm assumes there’s currently no interest and will stop sending job requests.

FAQ: Frequently asked questions

To take part, you must complete the entry form and work at least 5 shifts between 10 November 2025 and 16 January 2026. Every time you complete 5 shifts, your name is entered once into the draw. The more shifts you complete, the more entries you have and the higher your chances of being selected as one of the 6 winners of CHF 500.- WISHCARD vouchers.

In the Coople Jobs app, you can see how many shifts you’ve completed in the “My shifts” tab. For the Winter Bonus, all shifts between 10. November 2025 and 16. January 2026 count.

At the moment, most shifts are in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and logistics. There are also entry-level job profiles in these sectors that don’t require prior professional experience. Add as many job profiles as interest you to get a wider selection.

We will notify the three winners within the first 5 working days after 16 January 2026 directly via in-app message or email. We’ll also announce the winners on our Instagram and Facebook pages — follow us so you don’t miss out.

No. The Coople Winter Bonus is open to everyone, regardless of your sector or how much experience you have. Many Coople jobs don’t require specific experience or skills. Simply choose job.
