Create a job

Creating a job with Coople is free and only takes a few minutes. Read our guidelines for best practices to create a job.

Review candidates

Once you publish a job, candidates will begin to apply. You’ll get a notification as soon as you receive applications. Then it’s just a case of logging into your account to review your applicants. 

Hire top talent

Assess your applicants’ CVs, skills, and star ratings to find the best fit. We recommend you hire fast to secure your favourite candidates, as they could have applied for multiple jobs.

How to choose top talent

Coople vet all candidates before they can apply for a job. Each candidates’ profile clearly states their relevant skills, experience level, and ratings from other employers. Alternatively, you will have access to their CV for more detailed information.

We encourage you to review each candidates’ profile to make sure you’re hiring the best talent for your jobs. It often pays off to give new Cooplers a chance too. If it’s a good fit, you can make them a favourite worker and hire them regularly.
