Human Resources Generalist (Temporary with Potential Extension) is looking for a structured, proactive, and service-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR team on an initial temporary basis, with possibility of longer-term collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with a small HR team to ensure smooth and reliable HR operations. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work, takes ownership of day-to-day processes, and is comfortable working in a professional, high-discretion environment. This is an on-site role based in Zollikon, ZH. Your Responsibilities Support HR administration across entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding Support recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers Register employees with social insurance providers Draft employment references and HR documentation Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee time tracking and absence management Prepare HR reports and basic statistics to support decision-making Provide practical guidance on HR policies, Swiss social insurances, and labour law Support HR benchmarking and other HR projects as required Support day-to-day HR operations as needed You are / have Practical experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to recruitment Sound understanding of Swiss social insurances, labour law, tax regulations, and HR compliance Experience working with HR information systems such as Personio, BambooHR, or comparable platforms Fluency in German and English at a professional level Very strong MS Office skills and a structured, digital way of working Hands-on, organised, and detail-focused, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset Clear and professional communication style with a high level of discretion and reliability Eligibility to work in Switzerland and willingness to work on site in Zollikon
