AG in Zürich is seeking a temporary Personal Assistant (PA) to support partners and project teams while gaining valuable experience in a leading firm. As a PA, you will coordinate executive schedules, manage travel arrangements, and organize meetings to ensure smooth daily operations. You will also support client communications, prepare presentations, and maintain confidential project documentation. In addition, you will assist with corporate events, webinars, and direct marketing activities such as email campaigns, lead generation, and social media support.
