The advertised one-hour shift does not represent the future working schedule or workload. is a growing Swiss company providing professional parking management and enforcement solutions for private properties. We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional to support our expansion in German-speaking Switzerland. Your role • Acquire new B2B clients and manage the sales process from first contact to signed agreement • Identify and approach potential clients and relevant decision-makers • Arrange and conduct sales meetings online and in person • Understand client needs and present ’s solution • Prepare/follow up proposals, negotiate and close agreements • Develop long-term client relationships Your profile • Proven B2B sales, business development or client acquisition experience • Fluent German; Swiss German strongly preferred • Good professional English for internal communication • Confident with business owners, management and senior decision-makers • Comfortable attending client meetings across German-speaking Switzerland • Independent, proactive and commercially minded • Real estate/property/facility management experience or network is an advantage, but not required The future collaboration is intended to be flexible and part-time, with the opportunity to develop into a larger long-term commercial role as grows. We are looking for someone who enjoys actively acquiring and winning new business.
