As an HR & Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing all administrative aspects of the HR life cycle, including handling contracts, agreements, payroll coordination, and social insurance matters. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining master data, managing work permits, and facilitating onboarding sessions for new employees. Additionally, your role will involve professionalizing and digitizing HR services processes, providing support to the HR Team, and acting as a deputy for the reception team when needed. Requirements: - Commercial apprenticeship with a degree as an HR Assistant and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR services - Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances - Experience working with external payroll providers is advantageous - Strong IT affinity and interest in new media and tools - Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and redefine processes - Fluent in German and English (both verbally and in written communication) and the DIH group provide an invigorating and collaborative workspace where dedication and innovation are valued.
