Customer Service:

  • Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner to meet individual and team targets. 
  • Entering and updating customer account data. 
  • Proactively finding patterns in customer interactions, identifying where and how to optimise processes, tools or products to improve the customer experience. 
  • Build expert knowledge of the company product, systems and processes.

Telesales:

  • Conducting warm/cold calls to select leads.
  • Working with growth teams to strategically identify and target leads.
  • Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • Keeping records of calls to facilitate future sales.

Receptionist:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting with enquiries whenever necessary.
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
  • Cleaning, organising and maintaining the reception area.
  • Greeting and signing in clients and visitors.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times.
  • Daily building checks to ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
  • Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.

Sales Development:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders on prospects sales questions.
  • Building a dedicated lead portfolio to enrich, follow and track to ensure great conversion rates, from first touch to booking meetings.
  • Working closely with account executives to iterate on client processes, sales strategy and tactics.
  • Co-ordinating with key stakeholders to identify a strategic source of leads.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring their enquiries and needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

How often will I be paid?
