Follow these four simple steps:

Simply enter a valid email address, create a password and fill in your personal details.

Upload your CV, ID document and National Insurance number. As your legal employer, we need to confirm your identity and work permit  before we can start working with you. If you don’t have your documents on hand, you can come back and upload them later.

4. Add job profiles and languages.

Select your preferred job profiles to work as a customer service agent, telesales agent, receptionist or sales development representative with Coople. The more job profiles you select, the more job offers you’ll receive.

Add each language you speak and your competency level to your profile. Speaking multiple languages will increase direct job requests for bilingual opportunities.

What happens next?

Complete your Right to Work check.

Coople is your legal employer. The UK government requires us to check your Right to Work before we can legally hire you.
You only need to complete your Right to Work check once and it is a quick process. Once we’ve completed your Right to Work check, you can apply for jobs and get hired.

Customer Service:

  • Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner to meet individual and team targets. 
  • Entering and updating customer account data. 
  • Proactively finding patterns in customer interactions, identifying where and how to optimise processes, tools or products to improve the customer experience. 
  • Build expert knowledge of the company product, systems and processes.

Telesales:

  • Conducting warm/cold calls to select leads.
  • Working with growth teams to strategically identify and target leads.
  • Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keeping records of calls to facilitate future sales.

Receptionist:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting with enquiries whenever necessary.
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
  • Cleaning, organising and maintaining the reception area.
  • Greeting and signing in clients and visitors.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times.
  • Daily building checks to ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
  • Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.

Sales Development:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders on prospects sales questions.
  • Building a dedicated lead portfolio to enrich, follow and track to ensure great conversion rates, from first touch to booking meetings.
  • Working closely with account executives to iterate on client processes, sales strategy and tactics.
  • Co-ordinating with key stakeholders to identify a strategic source of leads.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring their enquiries and needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

How often will I be paid?

Your first payment will be made two weeks in arrears. All payments following will be made weekly. You can review your payslips at any time in the Coople Jobs App. Please make sure your bank details are added correctly to prevent late payments. Find out more in our help centre.
