Which skills should you highlight in your warehouse handler job description?

If no specific experience or skills are required, you should say so clearly. For example:
  • No previous experience needed.
  • Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy products.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, must be deadline oriented with the ability to work under pressure either independently or as a team member.
  • Strong eye for detail.
