What you'll be doing - Making calls to teachers and schools to promote as a superior alternative to traditional recruitment agencies. - Follow up with school contacts and expand your network within schools to establish their need and potential value from and schedule meetings with them. - supply teachers on how they can use the app to level up their experience of supply teaching. - Listen back to your calls, and your colleagues’ calls, to share best practices and to consistently improve your communication and persuasion skills. - Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same!
