40 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2AA IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST SHIFT WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE 30 MINS EARLY FOR AN INDUCTION IT IS COMPULSORY TO ARRIVE START OF THE SHIFT and if you should be late for transport issues, YOU MUST CALL THIS PHONE NUMBER 02074692000. This number is not to be used for any other reason other than if it is in relation to the shift itself. NB: DBS certificate is required for this role. You will be responsible for taking food bags from the Ground Floor foyer area of the building to the collection point on L31 AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. How it works: 1. The riders arrive at building security entrance 2. The Outside Coople Marshal will collect the delivery bag and bring it to internal Coople desk 3. You will take the bag and any other bags to 31 using the provided water proof bags and return to the ground floor 5. Always keep your work area spotless. Cleaning spray and paper is provided and if you need anything additionally – please speak with Coople supervisor on duty 6. NO food to be consumed while on duty 7. NO mobile phone usage while working or in the reception area 8. Any problems? Please report to Coople Supervisor IMPORTANT: BRING Photo ID FOR EVERY SHIFT or you won’t be allowed in the building. NO food to be consumed while on duty.
