Job description

We are looking for experienced and talented receptionists. The Receptionist is responsible for the quality of the service provided, ensuring that they create a positive impression of all organisations. They are required to prioritise their own day to day work and will refer complex problems or queries to their Line Manager or appropriate colleague. Need someone professional, willing to learn, have building and FOH experience as with this role Please only apply to shifts which you are fully committed to work, any late cancellations you will be striked on your Coople account. If you are running late please inform helpdesk and Coople ASAP. MUST BE WEARING SMART OFFICE WEAR - NO TRAINERS. Failure to do so could mean being turned away from the shift. Please carefully read the attached document which includes uniform, grooming standards and instructions for upon arrival. Daily duties include: Building Management responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors, clients and personnel Organising parking spaces Sending all visitors to the correct floors Ensure the desk runs smoothly Emailing Telephone usage Reporting any faults to the Client and necessary personnel Liaising with the client and onsite security Daily admin as and when requested to do so Daily building checks to ensure health and safety is adhered too Efficient communication and administration skills Plus any other business the arises throughout the day Individual requirements: Professionalism Presentation Confident Attention to detail Computer literate Good written English as well as spoken Good in a stressful situation Calm in adversity
