Job description

We're seeking a Doorman to join team. Key Responsibilities - Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to all guests - Opening door to guests entering and leaving - Deal with all enquiries/queries regarding and surroundings - Assist guests with their luggage requirements upon arrival and departure at - Assist guests with transport and taxi bookings. ideal candidate - Excellent communication skills & customer service skills - Great hospitality skills as well as attention to detail - Outgoing personality FIRE, HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES Fire: Prime Duty in event of a fire all concerned is saving of life and prevention of injury. Discovering a fire: we kindly ask that you raise alarm if safe to do so, by using a manual call point (square red box, wall mounted) or by informing a member of staff. Hearing fire alarm: evacuate via nearest fire exit, do not stop to or go back to collect work/personal items. Assembly Point: Burleigh Street, (back of Lyceum Theatre) and make yourself known to Fire Marshall. ESCAPE ROUTES ARE INDICATED BY GREEN AND WHITE RUNNING PERSON SIGNS. Accidents/Near Misses: If you have an accident/near miss on this property, we ask that you report it to us immediately, so we can record it and if needed administer First Aid. Health & Safety Policy Statement: It is company’s policy to take every reasonable and practical step to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment in which to work, in accordance with Statutory Regulations and Safe Codes of Practice. THERE IS A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA AT REAR OF ON EXETER STREET.
