Job description

Please read before you hit apply: • Long term role minimum 6 months required (5 days a week = 40 working hours) • You need a Windows PC or Laptop (unfortunately Apple Mac is not supported), Windows 8.1 or later, an ethernet cable, a USB port and internet download speeds of at least 3mbps • You must be located in the UK for the duration of this role • The selection process for this role includes a short recorded video interview. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email and SMS with further instructions • Please note that there are mandatory training shifts on Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th March 09:00-17:30. You must complete these trainings before you are hired into further shifts. • You must have flexibility to be able to work shifts that will be between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 Monday-Sunday. You will be required to work 5 shifts per week. Your rota will be discussed with you prior to being hired. • This role involes handling confidential data and the client will complete a full background check on all new hires. This will be discussed further with successful candidates Key Responsibilities • Book and record appointments effectively (IT skills as a must) • Manage databases, tools, applications and operating systems Desired Education, Skills and Experience: • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail • Problem solving and strong communications skills • Professional and friendly telephone manner • Passionate about technology and the internet, must be IT savvy • Customer service experience • Take ownership of situations with positivity and a can-do attitude • Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
