VVIP Event - uniform/grooming and timing standards must be met Experience of food & beverage service in 5-star setting To support Bar Banqueting Operations. The bar runs three different types of services with the following specifications: o Setting up of bars, pouring stations for drinks reception and table allocations. o Drinks Reception Pass-around, and bar service when required. o Drinks table service: order taking, payment collection and drinks running. o Drinks preparation within the Dispense Bar area. o Post Receptions service: to operate a bar during a post reception party, taking drinks order, preparing, collecting payment and serving to the guest. o To support the team in de-rigging, tidying up and closing of all set ups. o Drinks service includes: spirits and mixers, beers, wines, sparkling wine, champagne, soft drinks PERSON SPECIFICATION · Good communication skills. · Excellent Service standards. · Positive and proactive attitude. · Excellent presentation and appearance. - Accept and carry out duties as supplied by supervisor / manager NB: Please enter via staff entrance, not via main entrance.
