Job description
As a Housekeeping Valet, your responsibilities include completing laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing tasks while providing professional and courteous service to guests and colleagues. *Previous experience as a Floor Housekeeper in a 4 or 5-star hotel *Knowledge and Skills in altering and all kinds of sewing works. *Perform a job with high mindfulness to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively. *Committed to providing exceptional customer service. *Warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels. *Ability to remain calm under pressure by being well organized and juggling priorities comfortably. *Minimum computer literacy including Microsoft Office. *Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. Warm lunch is provided with hot drinks provided throughout the day.
