Job description

Pastry CDP Duties We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pastry CDP to support delivery of our afternoon tea service. This role involves working both alongside current Pastry Chef and independently, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist Pastry Chef with preparation tasks for afternoon tea. - Help with setup and sending out of afternoon tea stands during service. - Work independently on designated days to manage afternoon tea service. - Plate afternoon tea for day’s bookings with attention to detail and presentation. - Complete additional preparation required for following day’s service. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking practices. - Creativity and a passion for creating unique desserts. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
