Please note this is the trial shift for the Perm CDP role with . UK is part of the Experiences division of the Hornblower Group, a global leader in world-class experiences and transportation services. We operate public dining and sightseeing as well as private charters for corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, or other special occasions across London, Poole and York. Join our team as a Chef De Partie and embark on an exciting culinary journey aboard our boats cruising the picturesque River Thames. You'll work with a Michelin-starred chef to prepare outstanding dining experiences for evening dinner , afternoon teas, and private charters. No Late Nights: Finish no later than 8:30 PM No Service Stress: No traditional service rush periods Overtime Opportunities: Increase your average earnings Career Growth: Realistic development and promotion prospects REQUIREMENTS:  Proven experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard, preferably in a professional kitchen environment.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.  A creative flair and a keen eye for detail, dedicated to delivering culinary perfection.  A commitment to food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  A genuine love for food and a desire to continually push the boundaries of culinary excellence. QUALIFICATIONS: • NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (Desired, although those with a wealth of on-the-job experience will be considered) • Food safety Level 1 (Desired)
