We are seeking a passionate and skilled Iberico Carving Specialist for our Seasonal Support Position. This role is perfect for those who have honed their carving techniques and are eager to showcase their expertise during our peak demand period. As an Iberico Carving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, where your primary task will be to expertly carve Iberico meat in our Back of House (BOH) area. Here, you will ensure that we meet high customer demand while maintaining our reputation for quality. Given the value of our Iberico products, we require someone with direct experience in this specific skill set—unfortunately, transferable skills alone will not suffice for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Carve Iberico legs with precision and skill to meet customer demands - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in your workstation - Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations **Required Skills:** - Proven training or experience in meat carving, specifically with Iberico - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong team player with excellent communication skills This temporary position offers flexible shifts starting as early as late October, gradually increasing to a consistent schedule of 3 days per week through November. As we approach the holiday season, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role of 5 days per week, with 7.5-hour shifts for two weeks leading up to Christmas Day.
