As a Host & Barback, you will play a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable environment for our guests. From greeting patrons with a welcoming smile to ensuring the bar runs smoothly, your contributions will be essential in stimulating an engaging and enjoyable experience at our renowned cocktail . **Key Responsibilities:** - Check guest ID's as guests enter the premise. - Ensuring our main gate is well manned. - Guests are requested regularly to not stand in front of the gate. - Guests are requested to not take any drinks outside the gate - If any guest is seen with a drink outside then they are requested to hand back the glass/bottle to us - Guests are requested to not make noise outside the gate - Our inside doors are kept closed at all times. - Our sink and washroom areas are well kept and clean at all times - Mantaining a professional demeanour when speaking to guests so the highest standards are maintained. - All issues/challenges are reported regularly to the bar manager **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and cleanliness - Team player mindset with a positive attitude - Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus, but not essential This is a temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a lively cocktail scene, where creativity meets exceptional service.
