We are currently seeking a Spa Attendant for a long-term position who is enthusiastic about providing top-quality service and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our luxurious Club and Spa. As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Carrying out cleaning and tidying duties as per Spa Attendant’s Task List, ensuring our Club and Spa remain immaculate. - Collecting and distributing laundry, guest supplies, and deliveries to ensure everything is in order for our guests. - Replenishing supplies in both ladies’ and gentlemen’s changing areas and toilet facilities across all floors. - Regularly checking and tidying all areas of Club, including showers, toilets, and saunas. - Managing Laundry service, collecting and returning guests' gym kits promptly. - Greeting guests with a warm smile, responding to requests, and ensuring their needs are met without delay. - Assisting with unpacking and checking of stock deliveries and maintaining cleanliness of reusable guest supplies. - Supporting food & beverage service by taking and clearing orders, assisting with tea and water stations, and serving fruit bowls. - Guiding and escorting clients throughout facility while ensuring their privacy is respected. ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
