Job description

You will work as part of a team, maintain a clean, professional appearance, as well as displaying enthusiasm and a high energy level throughout the shift. Key Behaviours • Own the outcomes: take charge of your area of responsibility and focus on solutions • Master your craft: seek new paths and broaden your learning • Respect all opinions: we believe asking for help is viewed as a strength don’t be afraid to ask and learn, build trust and work together as a team • Appreciate our differences: its important and vital to us we treat everyone with fairness , dignity and respect Main duties: .• Comply with sanitation standards • Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines as laid out in the Health and Safety Manual • Sanitation duties – these include general cleaning, operating the dishwasher to wash volume of trays, cleaning of trollies and trolley covers, cleaning staff areas. • Boxing/Packing Doughnuts and Date labelling boxes • Utilize proper cleaning techniques – training will be given • Willing to support other areas within the factory Key Relationships • Management Team • Shift Leaders Skills and experience • Ideally previous experience working in a food environment • Experience of working as part of a team • Good communication skills and initiative • Excellent attention to detail • Demonstrates good work ethics and able to work in a fast paced role Please make sure when attending your shift at you dress appropriately and follow the below. Dark T-shirt Dark Jeans Safety shoes/boots No jewellery No fake eyelashes No nails extensions/polish No headphones All staff also need to comply with wearing hairnets, beard snood (were required), visitor coat and no food or drinks in preparation areas. Managers and Shift Leaders have been instructed to send anyone home who doesn’t comply with above. This is a serious breach of H&S and Food safety policy.
