Job description

The is an iconic, modern British restaurant serving high , ingredient led food in Clerkenwell. We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly chef de partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal person will be comfortable with: - Preparing mis en place - Taking responsibility for their own section in service - Cooking to a high standard in a fast paced environment The most important attribute is a positive and helpful attitude while working with our brilliant team, who will be happy to show you around and demonstrate your duties for the shift. The ensures that all employer received tips are dealt with fairly in accordance with the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023 by operating a valid tronc arrangement. Please see attached our company tipping policy. This position was considered for an allocation of tips, but given the level of basic pay and how engaged, no share will be awarded.
