Job description
Ensure Reception operates efficiently and smoothly dealing with callers and visitors in a courteous manner, to provide an efficient switchboard for Business Centre and ensure all communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. If required, coordinate client requests. Handle customer concerns, coordinating questions through to prompt resolution with your line manager or assistant on behalf of customers.
