Principal purpose To conduct professional Market interviews with respondents over the phone to the highest quality standards and to agreed daily targets. Main tasks & responsibilities • Conduct professional interviews with respondents over the phone to the highest quality standards and to agreed Key performance indicators (KPIs). • To conduct all interviews in accordance with the Market Society (MRS) code of conduct. • Complete surveys in a timely manner, ensuring that all information gathered is accurate and representative of the respondents’ views. • Supply any project related feedback and observations to team manager/ . • Deal with any problems/complaints that arise in a professional and sensitive manner. About you • Previous 6 months continuous employment within an outbound Market , Sales or Customer service contact centre role. • A professional manner and an aptitude for providing a quality service. • The ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a respondent. • Computer literate and familiar with the capabilities and operation of their own hardware (Windows 10 or above laptop, and headset etc) • Excellent timekeeping and attendance *Holiday Pay* Please note your holiday will not be paid to you per hour, as it is advertised on the Coople app. On the Coople app it says you will be receiving £9.90/h and with holiday pay included it will be £11.09/h. This is not the case. You will be receiving a total of £9.90/h because instead of hourly holiday pay you will be receiving 25 days of paid holiday per year.
