Job description

We are recruiting permanent customer service advisors for our client, please only apply if you are looking for a new full-time, permanent job. This is not a temporary role or a flexible role. You will be hired directly by our client and not hired through your Coople app. You must have your own laptop or computer for this role. Location: Work from Home Contract: Permanent & Full time Start Date: You must be available to start training on either 6th September or 13th September Hours of Work: 40 per week. Your rota will be working hours between 8am-5:30pm Monday-Sunday: Full flexibility is required. You will work 5 days per week and have 2 days off. This is not flexible work. You will be given your rota one month in advance. You will not be required to work every weekend but at least every other weekend you will have to work. Training: 8 days training. Full attendance is required. Salary: £18,532.80 per year, £8.91 per hour (you have 28 holiday days per year, your holiday pay will NOT be paid to you per hour - therefore the salary you see on the Coople app is incorrect) Key Responsibilities • Resolve customer inquiries with speed and precision • Delight customers by providing timely, accurate and expert advice • Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central • Update your knowledge through the associated guidelines and procedures • Manage databases, tools, applications and operating systems • Strive to achieve first call resolution Desired Education, Skills and Experience: • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail • Problem solving and strong communications skills • Professional and friendly telephone manner • Take ownership of situations with positivity and a can-do attitude Must have your own laptop (must be Windows 10) and be able to purchase a head set. MAC laptops are NOT compatible with the software, even if you have windows downloaded on there. No MAC laptops please.
