Job description

Production Operative is powerhouse of HelloFresh operation - responsible for picking and packing freshest ingredients into our customer’s boxes. You’ll be supporting with quality management and control, working to ensure best practices are followed at all times. Guided by our Team Leaders, you’ll be directed to maintain highest product standards whilst delivering on business KPIs. Full training is provided by our onsite Training Teams. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by work activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager What you will be doing: ■ Scanning of box barcodes to identify ingredients required ■ Quality checking of ingredients prior to packing and disposing of poor quality ingredients via waste disposal conveyor ■ Contribute to uninterrupted flow of production line ■ Effectively contribute to improving line performance and be forthcoming with suggestions to improve efficiencies and line flow ■ Stacking of customer orders onto pallets at end of line ready for dispatch ■ Escalate any issues or problems to your Team Leader immediately ■ Comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards ■ Encourage and help drive site’s food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in process that impacts safety, quality and legality of our products Who you are: ■ Detail oriented ■ Experience in a fast paced/moving environment ■ A great team player ■ Fast learner ■ Ability to work well with your hands
