Job description

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and food safe working area. • Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal. • Attend all training sessions for the culinary team. • Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated culinary area. • General maintenance of all culinary areas, equipment, and F&F’s. • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards. ‘Feels Like June’ is a California-inspired restaurant with bright flavours, summer feels and a Europe-meets-West Coast flair where our guests and local residents meet to enjoy from breakfast to dinner, cocktails or just take a seat with a laptop and work from our lounge area.
