Job description

To ensure a professional and friendly service is provided to all our customers. · To ensure all food or refreshments are served to the best of your ability. · To use your expertise to help your customers. · To assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables. · To clean, polish cutlery and glassware as necessary. · To communicate with the Assistant Manager or Manager and team if any assistance is needed · To be cost effective whilst at work, avoiding wastage where possible but not to the detriment of the service being offered. · To work as a team member in harmony with all other employees. *** Please note that if you are late for the shift or have the incorrect uniform, you will be turned away without compensation and strikes will be applied to your Coople account. Due to a recent drop in timekeeping and uniform standards, this job has been over-hired. Cooplers will be allocated to roles in a first come, first serve basis. If you are over-hire and not needed for the shift you will only receive compensation if you are on time and have the correct uniform.
