As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in shaping the daily rhythm of the kitchen, supporting our Head Chef, and leading a team that’s proud of every plate that leaves the pass. What You'll Be Doing: 1. Delivering Exceptional Food: Ensure every dish meets our high standards of taste, consistency, and presentation. No shortcuts. No compromises. 2. Upholding Standards: From prep to pass, you’ll be a champion of quality, cleanliness, and structure — with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure. 3. Driving Ideation: Collaborate on menu development, bring fresh ideas to tastings and trials, and help push our food forward without losing sight of the classics. 4. Training & Leadership: Be a role model in the kitchen. Support the growth of junior chefs through structured training, mentoring, and clear, consistent leadership. 5. Environmental Health & Safety: Take the lead on kitchen hygiene, food safety, and EHO compliance. You’ll understand that high standards aren’t optional — they’re essential.
