Job description
TIMINGS SUBJECT TO CHANGE To take full responsibility for the reception area, all meeting rooms and the full co-ordination of the people coming onto the Client Floor and utilising area. To provide a professional 5* star experience to the firm’s clients, colleagues, visitors and to all who visit the firm. By providing an efficient front of house service both on reception but also within the Client Floor at all times. To have a comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s structure and senior management in order to deal with all types of requests. Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation – providing support/information/handovers/confirmation of arrangements to direct team, wider facilities department, & global colleagues and fee earners Excellent written skills, with keen eye for detail Smart in presentation Polished telephone manner Enthusiastic, excellent organisational ability Ability to work alone, and as part of a team Intelligent use of initiative, with common sense and decision making skills Strong IT skills
