Job description

Role Overview: As an Events waiter, your main responsibility will be to ensure the running of a smooth service in our private dining room. Serving beverages/ wine, clearing the table etc. Your job is to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service with professionalism and promptness. You will work closely with the kitchen department to make sure that all guest orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. As an Events waiter, you will work with other F&B and Kitchen staff to ensure that guests' dietary requirements are met and accommodated accordingly. Your main goal is to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay at Hotel. You will be working with a team of talented individuals across the hotel to deliver a seamless and unforgettable guest experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest leaves the hotel with a positive impression of their visit. Experience & Skills: Experience in F&B operation and fine dining in a 5* luxury hotel setting Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Great diligence Ability to work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication
