Chef De Partie Duties ➡️Match Day Responsibilities: ⚫As a Chef for a match day event, you oversee kitchen operations, food quality, and team coordination. Your key responsibilities include: ⚫Pre-Service: Review the event menu, confirm ingredient availability, liaise with the FOH Manager regarding allergens/dietary needs, and complete required documentation. ⚫Team Briefing: Brief your team on safety (fire points, first aid), ensure all staff sign in, and address knife safety with less-experienced chefs. ⚫During Service: Maintain communication with FOH and BOH leaders, collaborate with chefs, and delegate cleaning tasks to KPs when possible. ⚫General Conduct: Lead professionally, uphold food quality and presentation, and foster a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen environment. ⭕PLEASE REVIEW the attached PDF for a detailed briefing, including step-by-step instructions for completing the required Due Diligence Document, which must be done onsite using a digital tablet‼️ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ➡️ Ubeya App – Shift Check-In/Out Reminder • Please ensure that the Ubeya app is installed and up to date.
