Job description

You will be operating in facility similar to a high-status click and collect environment issuing parcels, managing deliveries and arranging returns. Working at a busy Heathrow based site dealing face to face with customer visitors to site, receiving feedback and advising on their uniform in accordance with company standards. A large part of this role involves the completion of new entrant’s fittings comparable to a tailoring service. Taking measurements, suggesting garments to try on and advising wearers on fit and cut of garments offering suitable advice pertaining to alterations. • This role will run for 5 months, you must be available for the whole 5 months. • You will be given paid training. • Your Salary will be £24,856/ per year and you will be hired directly by the client, not on the Coople platform. The salary you see in the Coople app is including hourly holiday pay which you will not receive, instead you will receive annual leave. • You must be able to travel to Gatwick within 30 minutes. • You will be required to complete a video interview and if progressed to the next stage an interview with the client over teams. Deliveries • Moving and lifting parcels and boxes • Using the in-house software system to process deliveries and returns Customer fittings • Supporting candidates in accordance with customer uniform standards • Advise and authorise orders and alterations Customer collections • Validate IDs for approval for collection • Guiding the wearer through the customer policies in reference to the collection and return process. • Processing collections and returns accurately through system Communications • Internal and external management of emails/telephone • Contacting wearers to advise of collection for alterations and made to order items Housekeeping • Manage work areas to maintain all health and safety and housekeeping requirements. • Manage accurate records and management of sample sets
