Job description

We are recruiting permanent customer service advisors for our client, please only apply if you are looking for a new full-time, permanent job. This is not a temporary role or a flexible role. You will be hired directly by our client after a few weeks of being hired through the Coople app. You must have your own laptop or computer for this role as well as an ethernet cable. You must be plugged into your router at all times. Location: Work from Home Contract: Permanent & Full time Start Date: We have start dates throughout September/October/November Hours of Work: 37.5 per week. Your rota will be working hours between 6am to 11pm Monday-Sunday: Full flexibility is required. You will work 5 days per week and have 2 days off. You will not be given the choice to choose your hours, you will be given your rota one month in advance. Training: 4 days training. Full attendance is required. Salary: £9.50 per hour (you have 28 paid annual leave days per year) Key Responsibilities • Book and record appointments effectively (IT skills as a must) • Manage databases, tools, applications and operating systems • Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central • Record, track, and effectively resolve incidents and queries Desired Education, Skills and Experience: • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail • Problem solving and strong communications skills • Professional and friendly telephone manner • Passionate about technology and the internet, must be IT savvy • Customer service experience • Take ownership of situations with positivity and a can-do attitude • Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment You will become a specialist in effectively resolving incidents and queries. You will become part of a team that ensures our clients continued success and will be at the forefront of creating an amazing customer experience.
