Job description

As an F&B Stores Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our food and beverage operations run smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with the receiving and storage of food and beverage supplies. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored. - Help ensure the cleanliness and organization of the storage area. - Collaborate with the kitchen and Bar teams to fulfil supply needs. **Required Skills:** - Basic knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus. - Manual handling and heavy lifting of beer barrels and packed beverage products Policies You MUST bring photo ID with you to enter the building. Failure to bring ID will result in being turned away Once on shift, you are NOT allowed to leave the . We have staff room with vending machines for drinks and snacks available for the staff to purchase. We also offer 50% off the food on the restaurant main menu . We cannot have Cooplers that are self-excluded from the venue due to gambling-related issues.
