Job description

We are searching for a part-time Brunch Head Chef who will be responsible for developing a breakfast/brunch menu, managing orders and running the kitchen team, overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes for brunch service. We are open to and interested in your input on the menu! PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION. Fixed schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun, 8am - 4pm We will begin with a trial period for the first few weeks and and discuss salary moving forward if it is the right fit. We are a fun team looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious chef to join our growing business! Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a brunch-focused restaurant preferred Excellent knowledge of brunch cuisine and the ability to create innovative, seasonal menus Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Experience with budgeting and cost control Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 or higher Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary Please note: LONDON is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all applicants.
