Job description

Please note this event is on a boat. Successful Coopler must be very well presented, personable and confident interacting with guests. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, in a variety of different spaces. Must be able to use initiative and to be able to efficiently within high pressured environment. Please ensure professional standards are kept at all times: No mobile phones on shift, full attention in briefing and no consumption of on shift unless authorised by a manager during break times. Main duties will include assisting with set up for service, serving and drink to guests, clearing away plates and glasses. Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and free of hazards. Assisting with breaking down at end of service.
