Job description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals for a Temp To Perm (Picker/Packer) position. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications - Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain high standards of quality control - Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move and stack inventory - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Meet productivity goals and adhere to safety procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred - Ability to lift and carry heavy items - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems - Punctuality and reliability This is a temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
